Accept borderline fits
POST/api/public/v1/campaigns/{campaign_id}/fits/accept-borderlinewrite
Accept borderline / needs-input speakers as fits and record each ruling as a qualifier correction for classifier learning. Omit speaker_ids to accept the whole borderline pile.
