Privacy Policy

Sayintel is operated by The One Mile, a company registered in Israel, with offices at HaNagid 7, Ramat Gan, Israel. For privacy questions, contact dennis@theonemile.com.

Account data: email, name, hashed password (or OAuth identifier).
Usage data: pages visited, scrapes performed, leads enriched.
Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store the transaction ID and subscription plan purchased, never your card number.

When a customer pastes a conference URL, Sayintel processes publicly available information about the speakers listed on that page (name, title, company, talk abstract, public LinkedIn, work history from third-party providers). We act as a data processor for this content; the customer is the controller and is responsible for the lawful basis under GDPR / applicable law.

To provide the Service, secure accounts, process payments, send transactional email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Supabase (database & auth, EU region), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (LLM drafting), Apollo.io & Firecrawl (enrichment), Lemon Squeezy (payments and Merchant of Record). Each is bound by appropriate data-processing terms.

Account data is kept while the account is active. Enriched speaker data is kept until the customer deletes it or closes their account. Billing records are kept 7 years for tax compliance.

Under GDPR, CCPA and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Email dennis@theonemile.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data may be processed in the EU, US, and Israel. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.
