Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Sayintel is a software product owned and operated by The One Mile ("The One Mile", "we", "us"), a company registered in Israel with offices at HaNagid 7, Ramat Gan, Israel. By accessing or using sayintel.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Sayintel is a B2B sales intelligence tool. Users paste public conference speaker page URLs and receive enriched speaker profiles, ICP-based qualification scores, and AI-drafted outreach messages. Sayintel does not send messages on a user's behalf — outreach is performed manually by the user from their own channels.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation.
4. Subscriptions and payment
The Service is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, in USD. Each plan includes a fixed monthly quota of qualified leads, as published at sayintel.com/pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, VAT/sales tax collection and remittance, invoicing, chargebacks, and billing-related customer support. The One Mile remains responsible for the product itself and for product support. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy. Unused leads in a billing period do not roll over.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law including data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA, CASL, Israeli Privacy Protection Law), (b) send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, (c) scrape sites that prohibit automated access in their terms, or (d) build a competing dataset for resale. You are solely responsible for how you use the intelligence Sayintel provides, including any outreach you choose to send.
6. Intellectual property
The One Mile retains all rights in the Service. You retain rights in any content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". Enriched data is sourced from public information and third-party providers and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The One Mile's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing dennis@theonemile.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising between you and The One Mile relating to the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. Payment transactions are additionally subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
