Refund Policy

The short version
Sayintel is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you're unhappy with your first payment, email dennis@theonemile.com within 5 days (monthly) or 14 days (annual) of that payment and we will refund it in full.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, in one click.
- After you cancel, you keep access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
- You will not be billed again after cancellation.
- We do not pro-rate or refund unused days within a paid period (other than under the money-back guarantee below).
Money-back guarantee (first payment only)
- If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 5 days of that payment for monthly plans, or within 14 days for annual plans.
- This applies once per customer and only to the first payment on a given account (initial monthly or annual charge).
- Subsequent renewal payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. To avoid renewal, cancel at least one day before the next billing date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Annual plans
Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies to the first annual payment. After day 14, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the 12-month term.
Failed renewals and downgrades
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry for a short grace period and then pause the Service until payment succeeds. You can downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time from billing settings; changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — almost every issue can be resolved within 24 hours by email.
Sayintel is a product of The One Mile
All purchases are made from The One Mile, a company registered in Israel, via Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT/sales tax collection and remittance.
