Email side events

Email the campaign's ranked side events and groups to the signed-in owner's own inbox (the same digest as the in-app 'Email me these' button). It never emails anyone else and never contacts a prospect. At most one digest per campaign per 10 minutes: a repeat inside the window returns status duplicate and sends nothing. Returns status: sent, duplicate, suppressed (the address is on the do-not-email list), nothing_to_send (no side events found yet; run the side events refresh in the app first), or error.

Notes

• Scope required: write. How scopes work.
• Accepts Idempotency-Key. A retry with the same key replays the first result instead of repeating the work.
