Get approval deck
GET/api/public/v1/campaigns/{campaign_id}/deckread
The Approvals Deck: the next drafts worth a person's Si, strongest QA score first (live, unsent, unflagged M1 openers with the lead and why they fit). Read-only. Show each to the person; approve with approve_message only after they say so, skip by moving on.
