Set intel mark
POST/api/public/v1/campaigns/{campaign_id}/markswrite
Pin or hide a box on the Intel OS home for one campaign, mark a side event as going (subject = a side event id ranked for that campaign) or a field note as used. on=false removes the mark. Marks carry the campaign they belong to and never cross rooms.

- Scope required: write. How scopes work.
- Accepts Idempotency-Key. A retry with the same key replays the first result instead of repeating the work.
