Undo decision

POST/api/public/v1/decisions/{decision_id}/undowrite

Take back a decision within its 12 second window: the row reopens and a reply marked booked goes back to replied. Refused after the window.

Notes

Scope required: write. How scopes work.
Accepts Idempotency-Key. A retry with the same key replays the first result instead of repeating the work.
