Sayintel + Smartlead
Research-grade openers anchored on what the speaker actually said on stage. Smartlead does the rest.
Smartlead is the sending and deliverability layer most operators graduate to when volume gets serious: unlimited inboxes, master inbox, deep API. What it doesn't ship with is a research engine. Sayintel is that engine for conference-driven outbound — scraping the agenda, enriching the speakers, and writing the first line off real signal, then handing the approved sequence to Smartlead as a fully populated campaign.
How it works
- 01Scrape the conferenceOne URL in. The full speaker list out, enriched with work email and LinkedIn.
- 02Drafts with anchorsSayintel writes three messages per speaker. Each opener cites a real anchor: a funding round, a named product, a metric, a dated event. Never a vague reference to unspecified news.
- 03Approve and exportReview queue. One-by-one approval. Export to Smartlead with per-lead custom variables ready for your templates.
- 04Smartlead handles deliveryYour unlimited inboxes, your sending domains, your master inbox for replies. Sayintel never touches sending or inbox health.
Why teams run them together
- ·Smartlead's volume advantage compounds when each send is actually worth opening. Anchored openers do that.
- ·Master inbox stays your single source of truth for replies — Sayintel is strictly upstream.
- ·Approval gate plus QA in Sayintel keeps the messages that hit Smartlead's queue inside your brand voice.
FAQ
Does Sayintel charge per send?
No. Sayintel charges per approved draft. Sends happen on your Smartlead plan at Smartlead's rate.
Can I keep using my existing Smartlead templates?
Yes. Sayintel populates the lead-level variables your templates already reference. The structural template stays yours.
What about A/B variants?
Sayintel exports the approved variant per lead. If you A/B at the Smartlead level, the second variant is yours to define.
